While going through the pre approval process, we are there with you to help with any questions you may have. Pre approval offers the opportunity for us to search for properties in an identified price range in order to stay within your budget.

Don Garrett is a licensed real estate agent with the National Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors and Arlington Board of Realtors, specializing in home and land sales. Through multiple avenues, Don is able to advertise your property and make it the favorite find of potential buyers. He collaborates with his wife of 25 years, Angelia, who comes alongside every client coaching them into creating budgets and financial statements .
